The hotel is fairly clean. the staff, especially Silvano the restaurant manager, were very friendly and made our dining experience pleasurable. - the room was reasonably large and had a nice view of the lake.

The rooms were both new-fashioned, updated, complete with balcony and EXCELLENT FACILITIES, for instance...

Would book again, enjoyed this place, thank you very much. The services are top-notch, including a great pool. Btw parking is possible on-site. The setting is great and lovely, just next door to the hill, and Varenna & Bellagio, really crowded area. Also, it's minutes from Moltrasio and other tourist sights.

Suitable accommodation for a relaxing break. Quirky accommodation with competent and lively stuff members at check-out. Excellant food in the lakeside restaurant.

Good position to explore the lake by ferry.

The continental breakfast offers a variety of affordable meal options, set in a great central location near the bar/restaurant and key attractions.

Staff were very helpful plus a good variety of food at breakfast.

There was building work taking place that we were not made aware of, and we insisted on an alternative room because of the noise and the loss of view on the first room offered. Additionally a cost of 20 Eurros per day to park a car is unrealistic. Restuarant was expensive but perhaps expected for a 4 star hotel.

Its very close to the boats that take you to the different villages in lake Como. Very convenient. Dinner in the terrace by the lake was a joy.

Qualiy of the room

Overall a splendid stay for 5 nights. Very big bed in double room with a minibar, a safe box, and a balcony. - Mixed drinks and cereals, pancakes, and omelette. - Well-trained personnel and peaceful location in such a cute garden. - Not far from the lake and the view. I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort & Spa in Moltrasio. the double room had a very spacious bed, complete with a minibar, safe box, and a lovely balcony. I enjoyed the variety of mixed drinks and breakfast options like cereals, pancakes, and omelette. the hotel's well-trained staff made my stay even more pleasant, and the peaceful ambiance of the charming garden added to the overall experience. the hotel's proximity to the lake provided a beautiful view that was easily accessible.

We stayed at the hotel for a 10-day vacation. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

Amazing service, location, views. Fabulous breakfast but it would be much better if the menu changes day by day.

The rooms are airy and affordable, with spacious balconies. the hotel features a fantastic high-class patio restaurant. - the location is great and convenient, within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. - I enjoyed dining at the nearby casual restaurant by the hotel.
